Terms of Sale and Shipping Information

When you have determined which items you would like to order from my catalog, list them out in an e-mail, preferably in this format. My inventory code (20P, 05S, etc.), the title of the item (Dragon #25, X2 Castle Amber), and the price. When I offer new releases, I will use the manufaturers number instead of one of my inventory codes (i.e. 9233).

Example

I will send you back a verification of the items that are available, and list alternate choices if you first one is not. I will also give you the shipping price, and the total cost. Confirmations should go out within 48 hrs, unless I am away on vacation or something important came up, since I check my e-mail regularly. If you do not hear back from me after a week, try again, since sometimes e-notes get lost too. IF YOU ARE A NEW JERSEY RESIDENT, YOU MUST ADD 6% SALES TAX.

Here is the address to mail the money to:

Payment Types

Payment is by Personal Check, Money Order, or Certified Check, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal and must be made up front (as is standard for internet transactions). Personal checks take up to 7 days to clear, but other forms of payment will be shipped immediately. I do not recommend the use of cash, nor will I be held responsible for losses of checks through the mail system (it happens occasionally folks). If you would like a receipt that I received the letter, use certified mail and you will get a postcard back with my signature. Foreign orders, please see the additional notes below.

I will give you my best estimate on shipping when I send confirmation back to you. On small orders of one or two mags or modules, I will put a piece of cardboard on either side of the items, and mail it in a flat bubble mailer at the priority mail domestic rate, plus a minor shipping material fee. For larger orders, the items will be packed in a cardboard box and mailed out by the Postal Service or UPS.  If you want orders shipped UPS to a business address, I am happy to do so.  On large orders, the USPS book rate may make a big difference in the shipping, and I usually base my shipping on that. If you do not want items sent book rate, be sure to tell me when you reserve them. Insurance is available through the Post Office for $1.30 per $50 of insurance. I do not normally put it on packages I ship out, but will do so provided you pay the extra charge.

Foreign Orders

I welcome orders from outside the United States and have shipped items to Taiwan, the Netherlands, Brazil, Turkey, Norway, Germany, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Great Britian, Finland, Singapore, and France among others. Payment must be made via money order in US funds AND drawn on a bank that has a US branch or some other affiliate. Please check with your bank that they have branches or deal through an affiliate that does, before sending payment. If this is not the case, my bank will charge me $20 to send the money order off for collection (I know it is a rip off, but I can't do anything to change it. They are already well aware of my views on this matter, as I search for another bank). If you do not have the ability to do this, and do not mind paying an extra $20, then I have no problem accepting local money orders made out in US dollars. Finally, if your bank is going to send off the money and have it delivered right to me, make sure that any fees that will be deducted are done so on your end. In the past money orders have arrived with an additional $5-$10 deducted for delivery fees. The US banking system is more concerned with making lots of dumb fees off people that deposit money with them, then actually satisfiying their customers. This all seems like a lot, but as long as you know what could happen it is easy enough to prevent it. I can accept Canadian Postal Money Orders in US dollars without any problems.

Shipping to foreign locals must be done through the Postal system. No other method is even remotely affordable. On very small orders to certain parts of the world, air mail may not be too expensive. But in most cases, surface mail will be cheapest route. In case you have never gone this route, it is SLOW. Typical times range from 4 weeks to two months, depending on the distance and country involved. I make certain to pack anything going this route extra well, and so far the method has been fine. I can go into more detail about foreign shipping should you have any questions.
